Fantasy Football News & Latest NFL Updates

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence (left shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Vikings after a limited week of practice. HC Doug Pederson admitted on Friday, though, that Lawrence is unlikely to play. That’ll leave QB Mac Jones at the helm for his first start in almost a year. Jones’ career passing numbers are similar to Lawrence’s, but we’re still considering him a downgrade for Jacksonville’s offense.

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott (hamstring) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Eagles. The team is still deciding whether Prescott will go on IR, which would cost him at least four games. QB Cooper Rush will make his first start this weekend since 2022. He owns a career 60.0% completion rate and 6.5 yards per attempt. While not the worst backup in the world, Rush is obviously a significant downgrade from Prescott for Dallas’ offense.

The Commanders have ruled RB Brian Robinson Jr. out for Sunday's game against the Steelers with the hamstring injury that also cost him Week 9. Robinson managed limited practices Wednesday and Thursday after putting in limited workouts all last week and carrying a "questionable" tag into the game. But he missed Friday's practice this time around and got ruled out early.

Texans RB Dameon Pierce (groin) is out for Sunday night’s game vs. the Lions. He’ll be replaced again by RB J.J. Taylor, who is not a fantasy option. RB Joe Mixon should be in for another big workload.

Commanders K Austin Seibert is questionable with a right hip injury for their Week 10 game against the Steelers. Seibert has been the highest scoring fantasy kicker this year, but his status is up in the air.

Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) is not listed on the final Week 10 injury report. He practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday, and will play against the Eagles on Sunday. There’s some re-injury risk with the shoulder. And Lamb will be catching passes from backup QB Cooper Rush. But he remains a strong target bet and would be tough to leave out of fantasy lineups. See where Lamb sits in the Week 10 WR Rankings.

Texans WR Tank Dell was listed as Questionable on the final injury report after a limited practice on Friday. Dell's Week 10 status is now in jeopardy after sustaining the injury at practice.

Texans WR Nico Collins (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday night's game vs. the Lions. He was just designated to return on Friday, putting in his first official practice since going down in Week 5. It remains uncertain if he'll play against Detroit. We should get more updates on Collins between now and Sunday morning, but the late kickoff could put Collins owners in a tough spot. He'd be tough to leave out of fantasy lineups if he ends up playing.

Eagles TE Dallas Goedert (hamstring) put in a full week of practice and will play vs. the Cowboys on Sunday. It looks like he’s ready for a full slate of snaps in his first action since Week 6. But with WRs A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith available – and the Eagles unlikely to pass much vs. the Cooper Rush-led Cowboys – Goedert is a fringe TE1.

Eagles WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) is not listed on the final injury report for Sunday's game vs. the Cowboys. He went from no practice on Wednesday to limited participation on Thursday to full-go Friday. Smith is fine to use as you normally would in fantasy lineups.

Eagles WR A.J. Brown (knee) is not listed on the final Week 10 injury report. He put in full practices on Thursday and Friday, so it doesn’t look like the knee will be a significant issue in Sunday’s game vs. the Cowboys. Brown remains a must-start in that one.

Saints RB Jamaal Williams (groin) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Falcons. Interim HC Darren Rizzi said Friday that Williams aggravated his groin injury in practice this week and is unlikely to play. Jordan Mims will serve as No. 2 RB on paper again, but TE Taysom Hill is the second-best bet for carries behind workhorse Alvin Kamara.

Saints WR Chris Olave (concussion) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Falcons. Interim HC Darren Rizzi said Friday that the team is still considering placing Olave on IR after his fifth documented concussion. That decision would likely come on Saturday. Stay tuned.

Bills WR Amari Cooper (wrist) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Colts after a limited week of practice. It’s the same boat he was in last week before missing the Dolphins game. We’ll look for further updates on Cooper’s status and get Buffalo’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday.

Steelers RB Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) put in a full week of practice and is off the final injury report. He’ll play vs. the Commanders on Sunday for the first time since Week 4. Patterson averaged 4.0 carries and 1.8 targets over the first four games of the season. He’s not a fantasy option but could put a slight dent in RBs Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren’s volume.

Chiefs WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Broncos. He remained sidelined in practice all week and has no timetable for return. QB Patrick Mahomes will continue to lean on TE Travis Kelce and WR DeAndre Hopkins this week. We’ll see if WR Xavier Worthy can bounce back from a rough outing vs. the Bucs on Monday night.

Giants K Graham Gano (hamstring) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday morning’s game vs. the Panthers. We’ll see if he makes it back for this one after missing the past seven games, but you should stay away from this situation in Week 10 fantasy lineups.

Titans QB Will Levis will be back as the starter this Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. Levis has been dealing with a shoulder injury and has not played since Week 6. He replaces back-up Mason Rudolph who has started since Levis was out.

Giants WR Darius Slayton (concussion) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Panthers. He figures to be replaced by WR Jalin Hyatt, who’s only a flier in DFS tournaments. Hyatt has drawn a target on just 8% of his routes this season. (Slayton is at 15% for comparison.)

Falcons WR Drake London (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Saints. He was limited in practice all week. Reports on London’s injury and status for this one have been positive, so we’re tentatively expecting him to play. But we’ll keep you updated on the situation and get Atlanta’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday.
