Fantasy Football News & Latest NFL Updates

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Saints WR Chris Olave is traveling with the team to Atlanta for Sunday's game. Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.football reports that Olave "still has a real chance" to play in the game. The 1 p.m. ET kickoff at least means we'll have plenty of other options available when we find out whether Olave's active. Factor in the risk of re-injury as you're making your lineup decisions, though.

Dolphins HC Tyler Huntley will start Monday night's game vs. the Titans, HC Mike McDaniel said Saturday. Huntley joined the team less than two weeks ago, which tells you all you need to know about where Miami is at with their QB situation right now. Huntley made nine starts for the Ravens over the past three seasons and owns a career 64.6% completion rate and 5.7 yards per attempt.

The Jaguars have placed LB Foye Oluokun on IR for plantar fasciitis. That means he'll miss at least the next four games. Chad Muma and Ventrell Miller will each see playing-time boosts in Oluokun's absence. We'll have to see how the whole LB picture plays out, though. Muma has worked as the No. 3 LB for the Jaguars the past two years, but Miller played one more snap in last week's loss at Buffalo. LB Devin Lloyd is also questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans because of a knee injury. If Lloyd can't go, then Muma and Miller should both be in for starter-level snaps. Cameron DaSilva of Jaguars Wire reports that Lloyd's "expected to be OK" for the Houston game, though.

Lions TE Sam LaPorta (ankle) returned to a full practice on Friday after sitting out on Thursday. That puts him on track to play -- and play his usual role -- vs. the Seahawks on Monday night. We'll update LaPorta's status again when we get Detroit's final injury report on Saturday afternoon.

Browns RB Jerome Ford (knee) is not listed on the final Week 4 injury report after putting in a full practice on Friday. It doesn’t look like that knee will be a factor vs. the Raiders on Sunday. RB Pierre Strong (hamstring) is out again.

Chargers WR Josh Palmer (elbow, calf) practiced all week and is off the final injury report for Sunday’s game vs. the Chiefs. Palmer shouldn’t be in Week 4 fantasy lineups, but his return adds target competition for WRs Quentin Johnston and Ladd McConkey.

Chargers QB Justin Herbert (ankle) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Chiefs. He was limited in practice all week. Herbert is pushing to play in this one, but the team could opt to hold him out with a Week 5 bye upcoming. We’ll keep you posted on the situation, but Herbert won’t be a recommended fantasy play even if he suits up on Sunday.

49ers WR Deebo Samuel (calf) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Patriots. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. Samuel was originally expected to miss a couple of weeks with his calf injury, so we’re still projecting him to miss this game. But we’ll look for further updates on his status. We won’t get San Francisco’s inactives until a little after 2:30 pm ET on Sunday.

49ers TE George Kittle (hamstring) is not listed on the final injury report for Sunday’s game vs. the Patriots. He practiced all week, including a full session on Friday. It all suggests that Kittle is ready for a full slate of snaps this weekend. Get him back into fantasy lineups.

Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert (chest) has put in two limited practices so far this week. We’re expecting him to return for Monday night’s game vs. the Titans, but Mostert isn’t a very exciting fantasy option with Miami’s QB issues. We’ll see how he’s listed on the final injury report on Saturday afternoon.

Bucs WR Jalen McMillan injured a hamstring in Friday's practice and is listed as doubtful for this weekend's game vs. the Eagles. We'll see if the rookie misses more time beyond Week 4. His absence will elevate WR Trey Palmer to the No. 3 role, but he remains off the fantasy radar.

Bucs RB Bucky Irving (hamstring) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Eagles. He went from a limited practice on Wednesday to no practice on Thursday to limited again on Friday. “Looked like his hamstring wasn’t limiting him today at practice,” insider Greg Auman tweeted Friday. We’re expecting Irving to play, but the hamstring issue adds risk to a guy who was already a fringey RB3.

Jaguars WR Gabe Davis (shoulder) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Texans. He should play after putting in three limited practices, but hopefully Davis isn’t in your Week 4 fantasy plans. He’s totaled just 123 scoreless yards through three games in a struggling Jaguars offense.

Jaguars TE Evan Engram (hamstring) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Texans. He remained sidelined in practice all week, although HC Doug Pederson said Friday that Engram should have a good chance to return for Week 5. His absence this weekend again leaves Brenton Strange as Jacksonville’s lead TE. He’s tallied 3-65-0 and 2-12-1 lines the past two weeks.

Falcons RB Bijan Robinson (shoulder) is off the final Week 4 injury report. He was added on Thursday and limited in practice, but Robinson was a full-go on Friday. He should be ready for his usual workload vs. the Saints this weekend.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (hip, ribs) is officially questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Falcons. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday, which should have him on track to play. We’ll get New Orleans’ inactives’ around 11:30 am ET on Sunday. An active Kamara will remain a must-start.

Saints TE Taysom Hill (chest) put in a full week of practice and isn’t listed on the final injury report for Sunday’s game vs. the Falcons. With RB Alvin Kamara and WR Chris Olave banged up, Hill could take on an expanded role. He’s in play as a Week 4 spot starter at TE, particularly in half-PPR and non-PPR leagues.

Saints WR Chris Olave is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Falcons after injuring his hamstring in Friday’s practice. He’s considered “day-to-day,” according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, but Olave has less than 48 hours to get ready for Sunday’s 1 pm ET kickoff. We’ll look for further updates on his status for that one. He’ll carry elevated risk in fantasy lineups if he does suit up.

Vikings WR Jordan Addison (ankle) is not listed on the final Week 4 injury report. He practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday. Addison still carries some added risk coming off a multi-week ankle injury, but he lands in low-end WR3 territory in the Week 4 Rankings.

Packers QB Jordan Love (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Vikings. He was limited in practice all week. "Anytime he's out there, that's encouraging, but again we'll see," HC Matt LaFleur said after Friday's practice. Love is shaping up as a potential game-time decision. We'll get Green Bay's inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday. QB Malik Willis will get another start if Love can't go.
